As a yoga educator, Lindsay's passion is offering programs and trainings that educate, inspire, and transform each student from their core. With her Masters of Science in Clinical and Counseling Psychology and background as a collegiate Division I lacrosse athlete, Lindsay effortlessly combines the wisdom of the mind and body for a full yoga experience. Teaching yoga since 2008, she has specialized training in areas like Philosophy, Anatomy, Vinyasa yoga and has a proven successful history of teaching teachers with leading over 25 Yoga Teacher Trainings to more than 400 graduates. After a fractured hip during triathalon training, Kate sought her yoga practice for physical and mental recovery. Teaching since 2012, Kate has been co-teaching red lila's 200 hour YTT program since the first training, and has successfully since led over six teacher trainings. She is a self-admitted Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods addict, and is a student of the healing and energizing powers of food.

Practicing yoga since 2004, she has pursued advanced training in vinyasa, aerial, and therapeutic yoga. As an IAYT-certified yoga therapist, Adriana utilizes yoga and mindfulness techniques with her physical therapy patients to maximize their participation and provide a sense of control along the unpredictable road to recovery. Additional trainings include LoveYourBrain Yoga, Prison Yoga Project, and Aerial Yoga. Her teaching approach is accessible, approachable, and adaptable.

Marley’s extensive background in ballet, modern dance and psychology helped set the foundation for her career as a yoga instructor. Marley has studied Eastern and Western psychology, labanotation, movement analysis, Skinner Releasing Technique, and Bartenieff Fundamentals. Although mainly influenced by Para Yoga with Rod Stryker, and Anusara yoga, Marley brings elements of various styles of yoga into her yoga sessions. She specializes in one-on-one yoga therapy for people with chronic and acute medical conditions, pranayama, subtle anatomy, and the energetics of yoga.

Nila believes in creating a space where her students can make their practice their own and be their true authentic selves. Along with teaching yoga at various Baltimore area studios, she leads team building activites to the varsity athletic teams at Johns Hopkins University (JHU), including stress management classes. She lectures on building resiliency through mindfulness at JHU and sits on the task force for overall student wellness at the University. She has built a post-trauma yoga program along with the University’s Counseling Center that was launched in 2018.

Chris Jamison has studied human movement for more than three decades. First as a modern dancer, primarily the Martha Graham technique, then from clinical and scientific viewpoints. He has been a Physical Therapist for 30 years and has a Masters Degree in Biomechanics and Motor Control. This experience give him a keen eye for alignment and a skilled touch in assisting the student to deepen their practice. Chris has taught anatomy in numerous Yoga Teacher Trainings and travels frequently to study with teachers such as Christina Sell, Desiree Rumbagh, Noah Maze and John Shumacher.
