Explore your yoga from within.
A workshop for all levels of yoga practitioners + curious minds
Join yoga teacher and chakra educator, Dani Yarusso, for a 3-hour workshop aimed to guide you through a map to your highest self. Directly experience your interior landscape and build confidence in exploring your energy. Most dis-ease is created by our inability to respond mindfully to internal and external stressors.
Through movement and stillness, conscious conversation, and breath, we will begin to articulate ways in which we can self regulate and stabilize to build more resilience in the face of stress. We will use the chakra system as our compass to navigate through our essential Self and generate deeper resonance and connection.
The workshop schedule includes:
breath work to stabilize
education to learn about the chakras
asana to cleanse
meditation to listen
conversation and journaling
Learn how to apply the ancient wisdoms of the chakras into your modern day life.
Note: Yoga class segment is lightly warmed to 75 degrees.
